Isabelle Marsh (Coach) I am Isabelle, a female fitness coach based within Fresh Active Tredegar . With years of experience in the fitness and sports industry, I aim to coach my ladies throughout their daily lives and help them to achieve the best physical and mental wellbeing.
Having studied Sports Coaching throughout college, I graduated with a First Class Honours in Sports Coaching and Development. I am also a fitness instructor at Fresh Active – providing fun and challenging workout classes every Wednesday afternoon.
